The next step is payment of our design and planning fee, which covers the entire process.  We will employ our deep expertise in travel and planning, and our every connection and affiliation, as we architect a customized itinerary to fit your lifestyle and wishes! 

 

Once you have contracted our services we commence work on your personalized itinerary.  We collaborate and communicate throughout the process to ensure what we design reflects your vision. Your first draft will be presented for your review; a few tweaks and amendments as necessary until it is exactly as you wish. Once finalized, we secure the arrangements with a deposit and with final payment typically due 60-120 days prior to travel.

 

The last step in the process is where we begin making reservations and recommendations specific to your trip.  From dining reservations, spa appointments, additional excursions, or babysitting. These are the unique and intimate details of a trip that makes it effortless, exciting, and inspiring.

 

A few weeks prior to departure, we will prepare your documentations, custom-bound and shipped to you in a beautiful and inspiring packet. We will also provide you a digital copy and a mobile app so that every detail of your beautifully designed itinerary is at the palm of your hands.

 

During your travels we will be available throughout your entire journey to assist in any way possible to ensure every moment is executed flawlessly. Upon your return, we look forward to catching up and getting your invaluable feedback from your expenience to help guide and direct the next adventure we will plan for you.
